Our inspiration: clear, creative, and powerful education
After more than 30 years in the beauty industry and 16 years as an instructor, I saw how powerful education can be when it is clear, creative, practical, and exciting. This inspired me to create resources that help cosmetology and barbering instructors teach with confidence, while giving students the courage to say, “Wow, I understand this. I can really do it!”
Learn All Hair was inspired by my passion for helping people learn in different ways. Every student deserves to see themselves represented, receive step-by-step guidance, and feel successful in the classroom and behind the chair. My goal is to make beauty education easier to teach, more enjoyable to learn, and powerful enough to help instructors and students build skills, confidence, careers, and brighter futures.
What makes Learn All Hair different?
What makes Learn All Hair different is that it was created by a real cosmetology and barbering educator who understands both sides of the classroom: the instructor who needs clear teaching tools, and the student who needs information explained in a simple, visual, step-by-step way.
Learn All Hair does more than show people what to do. It helps them understand why they are doing it, practice it with confidence, and turn that knowledge into real skills. Our resources are colorful, inclusive, practical, safety-focused, and designed to make people say, “Wow, this finally makes sense. I can do this!”
Who benefits most from our learning tools?
The people who benefit most from Learn All Hair are cosmetology and barbering instructors, student-instructors, beauty-school students, high school CTE programs, and anyone who learns best through clear, visual, step-by-step instruction.
We especially want to help new teachers who may know the industry but need support planning lessons, managing a classroom, demonstrating skills, and building student confidence. We also want to help students who may feel overwhelmed by traditional textbooks or complicated explanations. Learn All Hair turns difficult topics into practical, engaging lessons that feel possible.
Our goal is to help every learner say, “Now I understand it, I can practice it, and I can succeed.” When instructors feel prepared and students feel capable, classrooms become stronger, careers begin, and lives can change.
